Cambridge Avenue is the location for five exceptional four and five bedroomed luxurious townhouses in the leafy suburb of New Malden in Surrey. Forming part of a crescent, each property is individually designed, and all homes are fitted with the latest technology and PV panels.
The properties were constructed to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The homes were all also built to meet the Lifetime Homes standards. The Lifetime Homes standard is a set of 16 design criteria that provide a model for building accessible and adaptable homes. One of the key considerations for this site was the design and to ensure it allowed for the most to be made of all available space within the properties. This was a very interesting project to work on as the site was originally a church garden and rectory, which was sold to make way for these new prestigious homes. The sale of the land enabled the church to redevelop the church hall for the community and to build a new rectory.
