How I support clients: As an admin apprentice I support clients by working behind the scenes to ensure everyone gets a fantastic service.
The type of problems I solve: I thrive at solving problems independently. My tasks are almost always digital, so problems tend to follow. If I cannot solve it, I will learn how to from another member of the customer services team.
Professional background and qualifications: This is the beginning of an exciting career where I hope to learn continuously. I am working towards a Level Three qualification In Business Administration.
In my career, the thing I’m most proud of is my willingness to learn and organise my days thoroughly.
Outside of work, I enjoy video editing, makeup art, cooking, travelling and trying food in exotic destinations.
