How I support clients: I try and support you as much as possible by being understanding with any issues that you may have and trying to answer any queries or questions that need answering.
For me, making sure you’re is happy is one of the biggest objectives I have. When you receive positive feedback from a client, it can put a smile on your face.
The type of problems I solve: This can vary from a simple SAP & EPC question to more complex construction issues. I also help both clients and my colleagues with any queries on air pressure testing.
Professional background and qualifications: Business administration levels 2 & 3
In my short career, the thing I’m most proud of is finishing my apprenticeship with Darren Evans and moving from the administration team over to the technical team.
I have made this change with the help of all my colleagues, and I can always rely on them to support me should I need it.
Outside of work, I love to socialise with my friends, be it going to the football, watching the horse racing or going for a kick around. Along with this, I am very family orientated, and I like to spend as much time as possible with my grandparents and other members of my family.
