The type of problems I solve: I deal with a variety of issues from invoicing queries to booking an emergency air test.
Professional background and qualifications: I started as a groom working with the horses at a riding for the disabled centre, gaining various qualifications in equine management, before changing occupation and working in the customer service department of general insurance companies. I have also worked in the customer service department of a national home builder.
In my career, the thing I’m most proud of is delivering a high standard of customer service every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering at my local riding school. I get to ride and look after the horses there. I also enjoy learning about and watching wildlife, reading and baking.
