How I support clients:  I listen to the challenges you are facing and find ways for our people and our services to solve those challenges.

I help ensure that the processes we have and the way we work allows us to support you in the most effective way possible.

The type of problems I solve:  As the customer service manager, I am here to help solve any problem. Whether you need something done quickly or need advice on a sustainability strategy, I am here to listen and help. And I if I can’t help, I’ll be sure to find someone in the team who can.

Professional background and qualifications:  I have a degree in Earth Sciences. I started my career at the BRE, working in the BREEAM team for 12 years. I led the  development of the 2018 BREEAM scheme  so know it inside  out. I am qualified in all things BREEAM and have a broad knowledge of the construction industry.

In my career, the thing I’m most proud of  is my secondment to the UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC), where I supported its members to achieve their sustainability goals. I was also honoured to be accepted onto the UK-GBC Future Leaders programme, Class of 2018.

Outside of work, I enjoy  the outdoors. I am an extremely keen cyclist and can be found racing around the Wiltshire countryside most weekends.
