The Role
Ultimately reporting to our Operations Manager, this is an entry-level position, working across multiple projects and clients. The role’s primary function is to work alongside our highly skilled building energy specialists, supporting them to fulfil their own job functions, deliver for our clients and help us achieve our business growth plans.
You’ll be hands-on, supporting the senior team to deliver market-leading solutions for clients. You’ll learn the right way to do things and be exposed to all aspects of building energy strategy and the tactical outputs to achieve results. You will not be expected to be client facing or a first point of contact for clients, but rather to act as a support function to help senior consultants and team members run their accounts efficiently.
Due to the broad exposure, the role will allow the successful candidate to experience all aspects of our business, with a view to progressing in a particular discipline that suits their skills and desires. Knowledge progression and expert training will be provided both internally and through 3rd parties & accrediting bodies, (such as Elmhurst, BRE and CIBSE), to allow the individual to shape themselves a career in the building energy space.
Surrounded by building energy experts, you will have multiple mentors, resulting in fast track knowledge learning and career progression, in return for your dedication, hard work and passion.
You must be self-motivated, driven, have an attention to detail, and be willing to be hands-on, in order to succeed and progress.
