The Role
Ultimately reporting to our Operations Manager, this is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. Working across multiple projects and clients, the role’s primary function is to work alongside our principal & other senior consultants to deliver for our clients and to help us achieve our business growth plans.
The role requires the individual to be able to work proactively with our customers, consulting on and providing support on commercial & domestic projects. You will be expected to identify potential problem areas or scenarios of risk, and possess the skills to solve real problems with viable solutions.
The successful candidate will need to have a detailed understanding of Part L1 & L2 compliance solutions, building construction and building physics. The role requires someone who can provide consultancy on appropriate construction solutions for our clients across the UK. The individual should possess the skills to guide and influence customers into making correct and appropriate choices to help achieve their objectives.
With the support of more senior team members where needed, you will be expected to be client-facing and often the first point of contact for client services and queries. You will have a pool of resources available in the form of supporting building energy consultants to assist, where needed in executing day to day tasks. Equally, you will be required to assist and support more junior members of the team to help them learn and thrive.
Due to the broad exposure, the role will allow the successful candidate to experience all aspects of our business, with a view to progressing your career in a direction that suits your skills and desires. Knowledge progression and expert training will be provided both internally and through 3rd parties & accrediting bodies, (such as Elmhurst, BRE and CIBSE), to allow the individual to shape themselves a career in the building energy space.
You must be self-motivated, driven, have an attention to detail, and be willing to be hands-on, in order to succeed and progress.

The Role
Ultimately reporting to our Operations Manager and Founder, this is an entry-level position, working across multiple projects and clients. The role’s primary function is to work alongside our highly skilled building energy specialists, supporting them to fulfil their own job functions, deliver for our clients and help us achieve our business growth plans.
You’ll be hands-on, supporting the senior team to deliver market-leading solutions for clients. You’ll learn how things are done right and be exposed to all aspects of building energy strategy and the tactical outputs to achieve results. You will not be expected to be client facing or a first point of contact for clients, but rather to act as a support function to help senior consultants and team members run their accounts efficiently.
Due to the broad exposure, the role will allow the successful candidate to experience all aspects of our business, with a view to progressing in a particular discipline that suits their skills and desires. Knowledge progression and expert training will be provided both internally and through 3rd parties & accrediting bodies, (such as Elmhurst, BRE and Cibse), to allow the individual to shape themselves a career in the building energy space.
Surrounded by building energy experts, you will have multiple mentors, resulting in fast track knowledge learning and career progression, in return for your dedication, hard work and passion.
