How I support clients: I see my role almost as a conductor, helping all parts of the business combine together to produce the service and products that our customers are seeking. I work to make sure that the internal people machine stays well-oiled, happy and enthusiastic so we can support clients.
The type of problems I solve: I work to help find solutions to customers’ problems directly when needed, but most of the time I am working to help the team feel empowered to solve problems and find solutions independently.
Professional background and qualifications: 13 years in energy assessment within the built environment. Qualifications include SAP, BREEAM, BREEAM AP, Psi values and HQM.
In my career, the thing I’m most proud of is: the relationships I’ve built with colleagues and customers that enrich my working life.
Outside of work, I enjoy adventure running and endurance challenges. I am always looking for something crazy to do.
