How I support clients: I support clients by working behind the scenes. One of these areas is ensuring they have a positive and straightforward experience when accessing our website and contact details.
In my career, the thing I'm most proud of in my operational leadership role, I focus on internal governance, commercial viability as well as quality and technical excellence. Every day I get to help people being at their best and moving the industry forward!
Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughters, playing piano and taking my dog Daisy on walks.
