How I support clients: I’m often the first friendly voice you’ll speak to when you call the Darren Evans office. I also answer general queries, unless they are of a more technical nature, in which case I will put you through to one of our technical team.
I book in air or sound tests when needed, sometimes at the drop of a hat. I have never had to say to a customer that we cannot carry out a test for them; I always look to move tests around so that we accommodate everyone.
The type of problems I solve: I solve customers’ general queries, air testing, sound testing queries, invoicing and payment queries.
Professional background and qualifications: I have worked in various administration roles for the last 16-17 years, including legal and insurance sectors.
In my career, the thing I’m most proud of is my development while I have been at Darren Evans. I started as an administrative assistant and worked my way up to become the office manager.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, walking, anything outdoors and spending time with my family
